SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION LOAN PROGRAM
Among the wide variety of financing options Polk County Bank offers to small enterprises is access to the Small Business Administration's guaranteed loan program. PCB is recognized by the SBA under it's Preferred Lender Program (PLP). As a Preferred Lender, Polk County Bank is able to provide faster turnaround times for credit approval and less paper work.
- Program offers: Funds for working capital, equipment purchase, construction or purchase of commercial real estate, business start-ups or buy-outs, and refinancing existing loans
- Flexibility in the amount financed
- Long-term financing available with up to 25 years amortization
- Amortized loans or revolving lines of credit
SBA 504 PROGRAM
Polk County Bank, as an SBA–accredited lender in participation with the Certified Development Companies (CDCs) and the Small Business Administration, can provide financing for businesses with as little as a minimum of 10% injected as capital by the borrowing business.
Loan proceeds can be used for new construction, improvements to existing buildings, purchase of land and/or buildings, machinery, and equipment.
